Cybersecurity expert and retired Army Col. Phil Waldron questions the integrity of the 2020 presidential election after the Arizona audit found potential fraudulent ballots.
“The ballots were not printed on the paper prescribed by the statute. If the ballots are not printed on the paper prescribed by law, then where do they come from?” asks Waldron during the “America Unhinged Radio” program of Dr. John Diamond on Brighteon.TV.
Comparing those ballots to counterfeit money, Waldron says “they’re illegitimate, they don’t count.”
Diamond likes that comparison. “I think you gave the best layman’s illustration when you talked about that counterfeit money. That’s something almost everybody can understand,” says Diamond. “If I deposit millions in my account in tens, they’re going to audit it, and then they will find out that 150,000 of it are not valid. So, they will decertify my money – I’m not getting that money back.”
That’s not going to be the end of it.
“The next step of that is [finding out] who counterfeited it. Don’t look at me because somebody may have passed bad bills on me. But somebody is guilty of a crime,” Diamond says. “Decertify the money that is counterfeit and then find out who committed the crime.”
An election audit in Maricopa County, Arizona began on April 23 – over five months after President Joe Biden won Arizona by nearly 10,500 votes and Maricopa County by over 45,100 votes against former President Donald Trump. The Arizona Senate and Cyber Ninjas, the private company hired to oversee the audit, have kept the proceedings and findings private.
During a Senate briefing, Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan raised concerns about ballot printing and pointed out that the print was slightly offset between the front and back. He believes this could cause the ink to bleed through and change selections.
Logan also claims that the auditors saw this particular issue in about 168,000 ballots printed at voting centers. (Related: Arizona Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem calls for arrests, decertification after forensic audit results.)
On Nov. 30 last year, Waldron testified in front of members of the Arizona State legislature. He presented an analysis of data showing a vote spike on Election Day shortly after counting started.
“Arizona was a little bit different. It had a pretty strong rise right up at the front, the first part of voting day, whereas the other states have a gradual increase in votes. But this injection spike at 8:06 p.m. where 143,100 votes were injected, that was in excess of what the machines could have processed,” Waldron said at the time.
He presented an email sent Nov. 10, from an anonymous individual claiming to have witnessed a detailed plan to embed 35,000 fraud votes to each Democrat candidate’s total votes while at a Pima County Democratic Party meeting in September last year.
The source also sent the email to the criminal division of the Department of Justice and all members of the Arizona legislature.
“Please be advised that Pima County Recorder and the Democratic party added ‘fraud votes’ in the initial count to the vote-by-mail totals released at 8 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2020,” the email stated.
“So this coincides with what we observed in the data analytics at that spike. We weren’t aware of this email until after the fact. So there were approximately 35,000 fraud votes added to each Democratic candidates’ vote totals,” Waldron told members of the Arizona legislature at the time.
According to source, the 35,000 votes were embedded in a “spread configured distribution” and auto-adjusted to the real voter turnout. The “fraud votes” applied to both local and federal election candidates.
Waldron has said the allegation can potentially be proven through a full forensic audit of the machines used in Pima County. (Related: The devastating reality of the Arizona forensic audit.)
